A Business Analyst bridges the gap between stakeholders and the development team, interpreting
business requirements into understandable development tasks to match a final software product with
the expected business value.

Conduct meetings with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand business objectives
and gather detailed requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise User Stories that are well-defined,
prioritized, and include acceptance criteria, making them easily understood by the development
team.
Documenting the functional requirements that developers must implement to enable users to
achieve their goals, along with outlining the non-functional requirements such as usability,
security, reliability, performance, availability, and scalability.
Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other relevant documentation to support the
development process.
Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review meetings to ensure continuous
improvement.
A liaison between the Product Owner, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure
understanding of the requirements and provide necessary clarifications.
Collaborate with both the development team and the quality assurance testing team to ensure
the clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and User Stories using
appropriate tools.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and insurance
technology.

Qualifications
A Business Analyst should have a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
Experiences and Skills
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a related field .
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Exceptional analytical, integral, and conceptual thinking skills.
High level of comfort with software technology and its development pipeline.
Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and documentation tools.
Strong experience in creating User Stories.
Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management, communication, and
documentation skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Highly skilled in both written and verbal English communication.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
