A Business Analyst bridges the gap between stakeholders and the development team, interpreting

business requirements into understandable development tasks to match a final software product with

the expected business value.

Conduct meetings with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand business objectives

and gather detailed requirements.

 Translate business requirements into clear and concise User Stories that are well-defined,

prioritized, and include acceptance criteria, making them easily understood by the development

team.

 Documenting the functional requirements that developers must implement to enable users to

achieve their goals, along with outlining the non-functional requirements such as usability,

security, reliability, performance, availability, and scalability.

 Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other relevant documentation to support the

development process.

 Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review meetings to ensure continuous

improvement.

 A liaison between the Product Owner, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure

understanding of the requirements and provide necessary clarifications.

 Collaborate with both the development team and the quality assurance testing team to ensure

the clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.

 Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and User Stories using

appropriate tools.

 Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and insurance

technology.

مؤهلات

Qualifications

A Business Analyst should have a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

Experiences and Skills

 A minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a related field .

 Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

 Exceptional analytical, integral, and conceptual thinking skills.

 High level of comfort with software technology and its development pipeline.

 Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and documentation tools.

 Strong experience in creating User Stories.

 Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management, communication, and

documentation skills.

 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

 Highly skilled in both written and verbal English communication.

 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
